Lol.. theres a huge difference and it used to make me generalize that all Titus taste bad but whenever I ate one womans food her titus will taste so different and sweet. She now told me that there are two types. The white and black. That the white is what she uses. So since then whenever I go to buy, I request for the white and I've seen the difference. Weda I buy the original or fake Titus, me I no day notice the difference ooo. Fish na fish I should suppose, and I no like to cook, yesterday almost 3hrs just for rice and stew, if no be say man must chop, that time day precious to me abeg.

I did something similar last week. Although the beans were canned (not baked beans, just canned boiled beans).

Boiled the rice 3/4 way, then added the beans and turned off the heat.

Roasted/baked fish steaks with garlic, onions, 1 scotch bonnet diced.

Are the rice/beans with the resulting baked juices.

Niice.
