Eriksen has been playing badly for like 3 games now. His energy for full minutes is also of serious concern. We need 2 carrier of the ball.

What are the options available now? De jong will never join us. We need to start scouting.

Noticed this but I was planning to talk about it later this week. I'm still not trusting Fred. I can't say if VDB can play that role... Maybe ETH will give Iqbal a go.

The guy is good. The money hasn’t been spent but he is already showing the owners, “get me good players, and I will get you there”.

I remember when Man City started. It looked like child’s play.
Seriously, I fear for what Newcastle wil be like when they start getting the top players in...They're one of the few teams who have gone toe-to-toe with City this season...

They already have one of the biggest fan bases locally in England, decent stadium capacity, and a proud tradition. The only thing working against them is location, but money stops nonsense.

Newcastle have not invested as much as one would have expected in their squad yet they're already developing a positive mentality, one that should see them go ahead and go great things...The way they approach games against teams who should be at their level is now different...

Eddie Howe has always been good. The kind of budget he used to keep Bournemouth in the PL for years shows how good he his.

And Bournemouth played attractive football, compared to his counterpart Dyche that was playing fossil football.

Real Madrid wlill b coming for Dalot very soon

We really need to start winning trophies to ensure this doesn’t gain traction.

Hopefully one this season will put things into gear.

Dalot has always been a technically good player, United new about his ability before signing him. Elanga should be playing for a midtable team not United, but it's is very ok to dream that he would improve under ETH...

I am not after stats, if not I would have stan players like Sancho, Depay, Ziyech and Tadic.

Since you havent watch him, you should either wait for him to join another club (like Haaland) OR you dedicate more time to watch and analyse him yourself.

I remember during Fergie's era, we had seasons where we paraded 4 top strikers, even Man City can point to 5 quality forwards. Just because Rashford is back to top form we cant sign another forward. na wa o

We can't sign another LW cuz we've got other important positions to fill now. We literally need a CM, Striker, RB and GK. You don't sign into a position already occupied by 2 other guys when we need signings in other positions. We literally have Gernacho, Elanga and Martial that can also play from the left. Haba.

ELanga? Martial? Really. Lol

We need 4 signings, so signing a quality forward at @30M will stop us from getting other targets?

Man City had 4 quality CBs (Stones, Ake, Laporte, and Diaz) and they added another cheap quality player in Akanji, the same way they have 5 quality forwards. If Messi becomes available in the summer, Pep will sign him.

I think United should develop Garnacho instead, that boy is talent that would do great if properly nurtured...

You're right, but you see all these Sancho, Elanga, Marital and Even Rashford, I swear they're sooo unreliable

I no trust them at all. We better get replacements for them and push them out of the team.

Garnacho is the only beacon of hope

They are looking at numbers, when the main focus should be on quality. I will take Foden over Martial+Sancho+Elanga.

Dalot has been incredible. He has taken his chance and continues to improve daily. I still think Laird is the better talent though but with the way Dalot is playing he would struggle to dislodge him. You have to remember that Dalot is 2.5 years older than Laird. A good comparison is Laird now with Dalot 2-3 seasons ago and i am sure you will understand where i am coming from.

Exactly... Numbers!

It's okay to run like a headless chicken for most part of a game and end up scoring

Rinse and repeat.. Naah, we deserve better

Until Garnacho drops a poor performance and you start calling for his head.

It makes no sense taking a gamble on a new left winger when we have a hole at CF. We should focus on that first before considering LW.

We wouldn’t be where we are today if we signed a new left winger, neglected CM and persisted with McFred

Getting a CF by January would most likely be thru loan

Then again if you check the first XI we've mostly used, the LW and RW always have been Sancho and that Antony - two dancing one-leg-up clowns who can't beat their markers convincingly

In a nutshell: The need to get a CF is as important as the need to get wingers

I've seen enough of our current wingers to know they're not all that

Yeah really! It's not like I'm listing them as starters, they're options!

And yeah, 30m will effect the targets we can get in vital position. It can be the difference between signing a Dejong and a Rabiot.

Btwn look at how you compared a single position (LW) to the CBs. Also City don't urgently need a Midfielder, Right Back, Striker and Goal keeper. They can stock pile all they want. We'll do that once we've got every important position filled.

Lol.

Your thought process is worthy of a documentary.

Personally, I don’t mind a new left winger - if they’ll fit the system. But what’s more pressing is a CF.

We can buy a new winger- but not at the detriment of acquiring a new CF. Anything else is poor decision making.

It’s akin to changing the tiles in your bathroom floor when the roof is leaking.

We have signed 5+ players in a single transfer window so many times, I don't know why you think we can't do the same next summer.

That was how some people mentioned Cavani, Martial and Greenwood as CF options when we had the chance to sign Haaland.

No mind Messi. He didn’t get the memo. He’s not suppose to be scoring against Breast, Clermont Foot and Troyes. He doesn’t realise that Pendu fans are starving and they want him not to perform so as to compare his form with the misfiring Penaldo.

Lmao nobody cares about Messi statppadding in a farmers league against the mighty breast, Troyes and Clermont foot. My grandmother will drop better stats in that league with Neymar and Mbappe by her sides.
