Like play, one of my belt pulley or whatever decided to kaput on 3MB, engine off, no gree start again. Omo, na so guys ginger push am from oworonshoki ramp down to gbagada bus stop. Lastma don even show with a private car, use style make call commot, even with my C -caution, I laughed. I knew the idiot has called towing van.
I quickly negotiated with the boys there, 3k, they push am. Bought satchet gin for area boys there, 1k. I follow shayo self, paid mechanic 6k to fix the car. Every, 10k.

So much better than Lastma wahala. One has to be sharp in lastma issue.
My plans for today gone. Tomorrow, I continue just say fuel wahala Sha.

Me I go piss this December unfailingly according to odogwu N1 million dashboard geng cool
odogwu is much experienced and have paid his dues. Newbies will always struggle. As it stands now, I won't advise anybody with over 1.5m to invest in uber. We just need to put on our thinking cap.

I won't say I regret driving on uber, but I'm happy I quit. Boss, DAT thing na slavery ah no lie.

Was canoe blocked before.
Or is it a new road?

Where is Canoe Ejigbo Access??

Modified...the normal Canoe-Isolo road is a good development na...that doesn't stop Isolo road from being dualized. The problem with Lagos is access roads. Look at Lekki phase 1, u hardly find traffic within even though that's the most densely parked area in terms of vehicles in Lagos. But because there are tarred parallel roads at every turn, it serves as alternative. If there were minimum 3 main access roads to everywhere there will not be traffic in Lagos. Imagine there was no bridge in Canoe, everybody will be forced to go n pass Isolo and Osolo road. Even if it's 3 lanes, it will still be choked just like Lagos Abeokuta express.

I avoid that area like plaque. The hold up on that axis will kill you before you reach gate self or n PC.

It's normal, same way we have high earners here breaking ground, we also have those that only see the negative sides and down sides of E-hailing.

The race is an individual thing, anyhow you take/see it, that's the way your experience will be.

I even thought riders will be able to see the model of cars they wish to ride, like displaying the cars pics?

it depends on where you are. After I left uber, I ventured into food supply business(that was d business I intended doing before fat dashboard mislead me). In six months time, I made good profit and I've moved to something bigger. Just think. Uber takes a large chunk of your time and the ROI for me, is not worth it.

I hear this, but one part of me is saying go back to your job and another part is telling me to see this through. Like I'm in the middle. One of the reason I left was having time for myself. Going back and continuing that lifestyle is somehow and for how long?

I'm beaten in a way.
Challenges are ment to be overcomed,
If you know you can fix Ur car, go ahead and do it.
I swear, 70k ain't a job u should go back to.
No way.
I'm writing this from Lagos.
Except if 70k is the equivalent of 150k in Abuja.
U work Monday- Saturday.
Reality is, u will make much more than that on e-hailing, and u should also be ready to face alot Along the line.
Goodluck with whatever decision u make.

Sorry about your experience. Download Rida app and drive without AC they can't report you. Secondly, register with union and loan from point A to B from the park. It gives peace of mind. Finally, you can do drop and pick in some office areas during the afternoon.

Honestly, because day after day u hear people telling us not to do ehailing, ehailing is this ehailing is that. That they have seen the light. They have moved on, Implying that what they are currently doing is better, but will never tell us what that thing is.
Meanwhile some people here are providing guidance and support 247 to newbies holding nothing back, hiding no secret, to make sure everyone succeeds.
