Agriculture won't alone transform the North. Encouraging massive investments into the North be it in industry, mining, services and agriculture would help change things for the better up North.

Agricultural products from the north make up for about 70% of the foods we eat here in the south, what lands do you want to cultivate again? The major problems faced by the northern farmers is banditry, how do you intend to solve that?

Don't be unreasonable to believe what is written in pages of papers. Ask yourself if really is true as it is written there, how come EFCC, FBI or police have not arrest and persecute him? Obi is transparent as water. All the touch lights shines on him sees nothing. Go and verify.
