I raised the issue of date because of the other lady cc: Cutiefred06
She also just renewed. Her submission was October 17th, same day as your supposed friend. So, from the information at our disposal, renewals are given preference.
What we do here is not to assume, we read other people's comment, study them and do general evaluation.
That is why i spoke about the date. No one here understands the internal arrangement of the UKVI, as such we do not make assumptions.
You can not also say they are just working randomly, because it is a visa section and Eco's have their applications to treat. In my personal opinion, i think it is the person or group of persons handling applications at a particular time, that determines the speed of response.
Maybe they have not gotten to your application, Kindly excercise more patience and wait for correspondence.

THERE IS NO BEST CLOSING acct balance, for a salaried person, they want to see regular inflows and outflows.

2ndly your salary and budget for trip must jive, you cant be earning 100k per month and then have a 10m naira closing balance, or budget 2m for a uk trip etc.

cover letter isnt cast in stone, nothing like sample cover letter. simple type a naration covering things/places that you feel need further elaboration in your application. eg your employer paid you the normal upfront or housing or christmas bonus.....you need to explain the anomaly in your bank statement, using the cover letter & any other thing you wish to explain more in detail

How long is the ban.??..I didn't see it on the document attached ...if the ban has ended..he can apply....but ban due to deception is usually 10years...

The ban is stated there. Expires after 19th March, 2025.
Apply after that date.

Good day good people, please while filling IOM form for TB test, I only saw first name and last name, no provision for middle name. So I only provided my last name and first name without my middle name but on my admission letter and passport, there is a middle name.
Please is this normal or I need to also put my middle name as it appears on my passport and admission letter.

he had right of appeal but since they were right, he didn't bother appealing but decided to reapply 2017 as if there would be a pardon or a waiver. Appeal could have worked if they were wrong. 2025 is stated on the letter. More hope after that date.

As recent as you may think/see, right of appeal was afforded to standard/visitor applicants, soon they may take out paid calls/mails and administrative complaints off for some visa category (standard/visitor applicants).

Something like if you do complaint for standard visa application you chop 10years ban especially if they were right

If your first and last names match those on your passport or other government-issued identification, you're good to go. The middle name is optional unless you are required to include it while filling out official forms.

You can even decide to add it with first name and put space. For instance , First name: Shade, Middle name: Thomas, Surname: Adekunle. You can use as First name : Shade Thomas Surname: Adekunle. This is what i see some people do and it is usually acknowledged. Still, giselle237 option is a great idea. Goodluck

Pls note that this deposits were gifts from an ex boyfriend at the time.
How does one explain this with evidence as we don’t communicate anymore?

Pls I am getting worried ooo.
I applied for a visa renewal for my mum (a 2 yr visa) since the 28th of September but not received an outcome yet.
TLS centre was in VI and she has been to the UK twice on 6 month visit visas.
The problem is the I just checked the CAC public search tool t check if her business is still active, as I have been bothered by other people’s refusals, but I have not been able to find the business name.
Getting worried as this may be a refusal even though I am the one fully sponsoring the visit.
What do you guys think?

Look up and select Business Name. Ensure the name is precisely the way it is on the CAC certificate, or best you use the Business Number for the search.

IMO you don't have to stress yourself on large deposits done in 2020 if you dont have such transactions in 2022. Unless in 2020 you stated that it were part of your income/wages. Then you would have to explain why you're not earning that now(I.e if your income has now decreased/increased).

However, if you feel its safer to explain, just state in the additional section box- "that the funds which was reason for refusal(if that were the case) were gifts from your then boyfriend, however you have no such current entanglement, as such no such gifts, also you wish to state clearly that it were no ill-financial practise done by you to obtaining a visa during previous application".
