I need suggestions on what meal I should be eating to produce enough breast milk. Pap does it for me but I’m tired of it already, I’m tired of rice too. I take tea that’s milo and milk but it’s purging my baby cry

Add fenugreek seed/powder to your pap, it helps breastfeeding mothers in milk production.
