he has played a lot of minutes as CF. same cannot be said for ours to return such high number of big missed chances.
besides, it's not always black and white. we just conceded 3 goals against Aston Villa from an xG of 0.43. Haaland scored a hat trick against us from an xG of 0.9. it shouldn't always be put on a plate before a goal is scored.
we have to do better in front of goal, and it's not just the strikers. the defence will not be on point every single game.

The point is we are not creating enough chances. Our attackers are not that great. But it would have resulted to a lot of big chances missed if the chances were coming. Like you said, it's not black and white. When you watch the games you will have a clearer view.

Agree, fullbacks are sending in more crosses these days, but are the crosses decent? No. Dalot most times does too low or too high crosses.

Also, our set pieces are shyte, especially corners. Eriksen would always do below average pieces.

A good striker with great movement will make some of those balls you consider useless, look good.

This! I don tire jare. There are so many things that non-professionals can see (based on years of watching football) and professionals/managers don’t even notice and/or don’t try to change. Maybe football is much more complicated than I think/believe.

I think it boils down to the quality of everyone in the team, from the manager, to the players, to the coaches. I believe that it's common sense and expected for FBs to make runs behind the wingers when they're with the ball
