I got a call today that I have to buy 9990 each .
Otherwise they won't treat the passport.
M just confused .

Does the process involve this .

Transmission fee is 9,410 and SMS fee is 990.
You will have to pay to get the passport stamped.

According to NIS they won’t attend to renewal only if it’s 6months to expiration , I don’t know if the policy has changed now . I doubt if they would renew ur 8months to expiration pp, but if they do, u have to let ircc knw bout ur updated pp via webform so by the time ur application gets approved you can able to submit the new passport for stamping instead of d old one

From personal experience, one can actually renew a passport that still has a validity period of more than 6 month.
You’ll only pay more.

International passport is a required document. You won't be able to apply for him without it.

I only saw refusal for child n husband, they haven't sent mine, both were refused based on principal applicant was refused.

Abi nah. Na Naija we dey nah, nothing is impossible.

In fact, I renewed mine with like 8 months left without paying more than what those officers were collecting from others.

I’m not sure that’s going to be possible as you will need to enter place of issue, date of issue and expiry date.

But you can wait for other’s input.

Okay about the renewal of passport..I made enquiry today about it and was told it had to be 6months before expiration for me to be able to apply for renewal cause I still have more than 9months to expiry date....except I pay extra money for marginalization like they say then I can renew now . Which means i can travel with it and then go renewal when I travel ..please I need someone to throw more light on this issue for me please. Thank you.

And many more. Do some research on google.

Another option for Nursing is Licensed Practical Nursing - many colleges offer this. Some may ask you to do 1yr Pre Health Science Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees( Eg Fanshawe College, Durham College).

Google is your friend.
