Intelligent people know that we are not alone...
Of course this government and the people could have done more....

But the reality is that the world is facing the bites of inflation....

You can't pump money into the economy after covid and not face it....

Plenty money chasing few goods

For the few fools quoting me just because i dont subscribe to the illusion that everywhere else is better than Nigeria....

Or that economic crisis is only affecting us.. here is something from the USA.
Misery loves company..

Mom is currently in Ghana since March.
She dey kumasi (forgotten the spelling)

Food, house rent, fuel, are very expensive at the moment x3.

Things of GHC10 now 40
And minimum wage is GHC300.

If we convert our minimum wage to GHC it should give around GHC500-600
Ok! what are the measure the government of ghana is putting in place to mitigate the suffering of the people?

Lait five project Tinubu started and finished. If working hard was his criteria of chosing a leader, how come Ambode that did a lot of good work was denied his second term?
I was still in Lagos during Tinubu tenure, it was all about OPC and touts terrorizing people in Lagos

He started Eko Atlantic, Lekki Free Trade Zone and established LAWMA.

Ghana just Dey very expensive
I recharge light of 200 cedis last two weeks and now it’s remaining 30 cedis
A liter of fuel 17 cedis which is almost 800 naira in the exchange rate
I spend up to 150k a month on my living expenses here in Ghana unlike before I spend 100k a month and I’m living alone.

We don't need someone who will take Nigeria to this kind of fall, we need someone like tinubu, the master planner.

Why are you people like this.

So you really believe that Tinubu with his present condition can really handle Nigeria well.

I have no doubt of Tinubu of 1999 to 2007.
But bro. right now, Tinubu is not fit to handle a country as complex as Nigeria with his current state of health and mine.

But so many people are blind by tribalism and religion.

Stupidity is comparing the former federal water corporation headquarters in Lagos with a pump station in Ojoto, a village in Anambra

Compare the pump station in Ojoto with any pump station in Igbogbo or compare the station in Ikorodu with the one in Nnewi

there are some factors you need to consider about the purchasing power of currency you are using beer and food as comparison. for beer we have a lot of beer manufacturing companies in Nigeria and the agricultural products they used to produce beer is locally available that is why it is very cheap.. there Re many places in Nigeria today that you will spend up to 3000k for a complete meal before you can satisfy I am not talking about local food vendor and the price of food meal is not the same in every region in Nigeria.. in north is very cheap because they are extensively into farming in south west it is fair in the south east is not that bad then go to south south it is very bad.. so you cannot tell me our currency has a powerful purchasing power with this present economy situation compare to 2015 abi are you not in Nigeria again what we used to buy 1k is not like 5k

Purchasing power of naira is more better than Ghana in 2014 and currently

Eko Atlantic is a PPP and LASG is only a strategic partner. Also, the project is the reason Lagos is flooding today.

Every state has its own LAWMA equivalent.

Name one project Tinubu starter, completed and commissioned

Just one.

Ghana's monthly minimum wage is 390 cedis. It is simplistic and ignorant to compare the unit of a currency to the unit of another currency to measure prosperity of the nation.

That aside, i predict Nigerias inflation will rise significantly next year when fuel subsidy is removed, unfortunately Dangote's fuel refinery will not be ready earlier than 2024.

He has been given countless scenarios of how things are averaging more expensive in cedis than naira yet, can't or wouldn't want to learn. Best thing is to allow the fool wallow in ignorance.

I saw your equating what 1000 naira can buy with what 1000 cedis can buy . No?

Nigeria's currency will continue to fall as long as we don't combat unnecessary importation. About 30% of Nigeria's importation is refined fuel. It makes absolutely no sense to be importing refined fuel 62 years after independence. We have to cure our foreign tastes as Nigerians and focus inwards. Part of our foreign taste is our affinity as Nigerians for imported foods and goods, the surge in wanting to acquire foreign degrees, e.t.c.. YOU can not but agree with me that your foreign taste for food 20 years ago is NOT the same today.

We have to grow export and only import what is absolutely necessary and leave Naira to float on market forces.

Check out what South Koreas unit currency is worth compared to a US dollar, nevertheless it is still prospering as a nation.
