Those are cities in Brazil where they say they women are very romantic. I have not been to those cities yet, but I will be in São Luis on the 6th of December.

Search for garota, mulher, igreja, menina.

Search with those texts, and most of the results will be people based in Brazil. Also look at people reacting to those posts, and if you like what you see, try to make friends with them.

You can also search for Brazilian musicians like Anitta, and check out her followers and hit them up.

You can use google translate to help you communicate with them.
