Exchange rate of countries currencies is not determined by redesign of their currency.It is a factor of production and exports against your imports.

Actially it can. What the EFCC chairman failed to define is that the intrinsic value of the naira is now less cherished than its face value. Which goes against one of the major functions of money. This has led to people hoarding Naira just for the fun of it.

We can crash dollar by good policies but political fraudsters will frustrate it.
