Hi everyone, I have an enquiry to make and I would really appreciate responses especially from people who have been through the same situation.

So a friend applied for student visa for last yr September resumption 2021. After applying for visa for himself and his wife, he withdrew the application because he changes his mind about going to the UK for the time being. He has since applied for his IHS refund and that of his wife. His own was received but his wife's was never received. He has sent them mail upon mail yet no response. He wonders if he has the correct email address or is there any other way to get his fund back please?

Please guys. I received this from Ulster university. I contacted my school and was told Ulster should make a request for my academic docs and not them sending workout formal request.
