Remember: It is better to miss a 1000% pump than to lose 20% of your portfolio chasing a pump.

Just thinking out loud; has any one thought about what would happen to the whole crypto market if Binance ever go the FTX way and BNB run d Luna way, BUSD... Nothing is impossible in this space.

You can't achieve anything in life without luck. The luck here is effort and discipline plus the right opportunity. Gambling that many people call evil and luck is what some people use to feed their families. Tony Bloom, the owner of Brighton made his fortunes from gambling. To be consistently profitable off gambling requires high level maths and extremely rational thinking - both skills are difficult to have and this which explains why very few people ever make it.

lol.

Gambling has to do with luck 99% of time more than mathematics skills and rational thinking sir..

Take for example , in football betting , you choose goal market for 5 games, what kind of mathematics skills and rational thinking do you think will help you to perfectly predict what 110 players ( 22 players X 5) will play on the pitch? Mathematically , it’s impossible because there are practically infinite possible outcomes for 5 football games especially goal market.

.
Logically , it’s impossible because you can’t be certain of what each player will do.

Less down 3% of gamblers are considered successful.
That’s why for every tony bloom that wins millions of dollars , there are millions if not billions who lose their money.

When I was into betting, 99% of my winnings came from randomly picked games.

For crypto , to some extent it is pure gamble too.
I’m sure you know millions of people lost their lives savings to LUNA which was believed to be a good project.
That’s why most experts agree that cryptocurrencies should make up no more than 5% of your portfolio.

Technically anything gamble, 99% of time is a game of luck . And let me remind you that 90% of time , a gambler loses his winnings if he doesn’t diversify.

And scientific definition of luck is what happens to a person beyond that person’s control . It has nothing to do with effort and discipline.
Effort and discipline will only help manage what luck brings to you .
Hope you don’t see this as an attack.
Cheers .

Personally, I don't like the idea of gambling because I think the odds are too small to be successful at it consistently. The fact that I don't like sth does not mean I will deny that a small group of people are professionals at making money off it. Other than sports betting, we have professional Poker players like Phil Ivey aka the Tiger Woods of Poker.
The bolded. This is true for most endeavours, not only betting. I am even surprised that of betting reached up to 3% sef -https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2200795-mugs-and-millionaires-inside-the-murky-world-of-professional-football-gambling.
I am surprised at that statistic in the article because I know that for sth like football, the odds of making the jump from football academy to playing in the epl is less than 1 percent. https://inews.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league-academy-players-figures-appearances-numbers-1387302
For crypto, what I will call luck is investing in shiba and pig coin during the last bull run when both were just newly listed and collecting 30x or more from them.

how many if your classmates that graduated are making it today?

Is going to school classified as gamble or not?

Does going to school guarantee you will get jobs?

During covid, many companies folded up.. even as at now, Fintech is at the receiving end of capitulation because of high layoffs from staffs from across different platforms

Infacr working from home has had it's downtimes of recent as many companies has layed off staffs termed as surplus to requirements..

Cryptocurrency just like every other venture is an investment.. and all investments, there is always a risk..

Crypto shouldn't be termed in the same sentence with gambling bro.. they re different things
