I don't understand this your statement. How many politicians from the south east are actually supporting Peter Obi? Is it Umahi or Uzodinma who are in the APC you want to reach out to other people on behalf of OBi. Is it Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu who are in the PDP that should be reaching out on the behalf of OBi, or is it Soludo who is in APGA?

Obi does not really have any major politician from the South East supporting him now, so who are you expecting to do the reaching out?

At least we all know that the main people supporting Peter Obi now apart from the youths and masses are actually groups from other parts of the country, I am talking about groups like Afenifere, Middle Belt Forum, Northern Elders Forum and other groups scattered all over the country, so what more reaching out are you expecting. All those guys you mentioned are in APC for cheap political benefits, not like they have formidable followership in politics. PDP has lost her aura, APC is now a public enemy, yet obidients are not seing a huge rays of blessings and a very big opportunity to win these people to their sides on the ground that, they might lose political reliance come 2023.

Handlers of Obi and his ambition are not doing a great work trust me. Why can't they go back to 2012 and understudy how APC wrestle power from PDP?

I would think its a terrible mistake to intimidate Soludo. He is entitled to his opinions. Lets not be doing all this to divergent views and positions.

That's why democracy is different. You can't have everyone onboard supporting a candidate. People are free to pick sides and support anybody of there choice. They are also allowed to voice there opposition to policies and candidates.

Soludo is free to air his opinion and support any candidate regardless. He did not commit a crime for doing that.

It's worth noting that other none Igbo people similarly oppose there own to pick Obi and support . Nobody harasses them like that. They are entitled to express there God given right and freedom to speak in support of the political process.

People should learn to accept and respect peoples free opinions. Free that man abeg. It's not by force to like a candidate. You win some you lose some across board.

The last people you wanna teach freedom of association and egalitarianism are the Igbos.

We are a people that are hurt. Years of subjugation and marginalization. Years of systematic exclusion from the scheme of things in the Nigerian polity. And finally we have a ray of hope towards ending all that, solidarity demands that every Igbo son should queue behind it let it be that we tried and failed.

Any Igbo son who wouldn’t support the struggle should at least shut up and watch us fool around if that’s what it is to him.

Look at Umahi, Uzodimma, Okorocha, Orji Kalu, even Andy Uba, these guys are in APC and even though some of them have thrown some veiled jab at Obi, it has never been as venomous as what Soludo did to Obi.

And you know why it is most painful? Because it was totally unprovoked.

Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, justifies Soludo’s action; and that’s why his consequences will be dire.
