The ovaboost I bought two weeks ago was 25k.
I'll buy pregnacare conception if I can use it with ovaboost. The first time I used pregnacare, I didn't finish the pack when I got pregnant although I used clomiphene. Hubby also used Wellman conception.

What causes blighted ovum is chromosomal issues
Before your wife takes in again she should work on her egg quality and also work on protecting your sperm health even tho you have normal sperm

Diet is one thing you both will look at especially foods that are antioxidants, reduce or stay aware from processed food!

Also some supplements can help such as ubiquinol, vit c, NAC also you should take vit E and ubiquinol they may help

I wish you both lots of strength

Please I need encouragement o. Period is 7 days late today, I did test on Sunday it was negative, no specific symptoms, only cramps sometimes and nipple pain and tender breast. I'm still waiting for my period anyways. Is it possible to be pregnant without symptoms, I don't want to test again because I don't want to cry. Although sometimes my period comes late but not with nipple pain and tender breast. This journey is so lonely. I just want to have my babies too
