with 10 million the person can guarantee a good life first of all there are distractions that you don't need you and your children... They will have a good environment to learn...focused and organized..... I can't imagine leaving this shithole in lagos awoyaya to Victoria island if you don't wake up early by 4:00 am you spend 4 hours go 3 hrs back with mental torture
