Why are you struggling to answer the question?

If you say "No two people have the same character", how then did you arrive at the conclusion that buhari (Fulani) and Tinubu (Yoruba) are brothers?

Obi called Soludo his Elder Brother even though they are from different villages. Has Obi told another Lie

The problem with all these attacks on Tinubu justified or not and the problem with all the people attacking him is that they provide no alternative for many. You keep telling us the problem but fail to provide a credible solution.

I often sit in amazement and wonder “don’t you think we know all these!” The real problem isn’t Tinubu, the real problem is Atiku and Obi!!

Ok so Tinubub is not fit for office…who then? Atiku? Seriously? How is he any different? Have we forgotten Williams Jefferson? Or you think it won’t resurface if he becomes President? Is it Obi? A man who has a mediocre track record in government, who exhibits a trader, unstrategic, mediocre mindset? So because Tinubu is questionable, we should select either a sysmbol of wanton brazen corruption or an incompetent buffoon?

I have said this many times and I will say it again, the fact that there is so much emphasis on attacking Tinubu as opposed to selling the individual merits and specifically the plans the opposition is an indictment of the alternatives. We are not stupid, at least not all of us. Attack attack attack we hear but what does your guy have to offer? If you spent more energy on the merits of the alternatives, you might start to chip away at the Tinubu support. But we know there isn’t much merit to market, hence the attacks!!!

I will say it for the umpteenth time, there is nothing about Tinubu we don’t know, (you can say we know what we don’t know e.g his background). We know he has skeletons!!’ But the fact that he is still the front runner should tell the opposition that the problem here isn’t Tinubu, the problem is the candidates the opposition have put forward are so poor, so unsellable, that despite all, a man like Tinubu with so many questions is still the front runner!!!

Focus on yourselves!! You are the real problem not Tinubu!!! You have failed to produce credible alternatives!!!! You can’t run a campaign on attacking the opposition without providing a credible alternative!!!!!

For all Tinubu’s flaws, he has shown a couple of things 1) a capacity for strategic thinking, 2) visionary/out of the box thinking even if it is only one eyed man in the country of the blind type vision. 3) a capacity to get capable people for specific assignments.

Finally for all these talks of how Nigeria is perceived, 1)what makes you think we are perceived with any respect now as it is? 2) who cares? 3) we need someone who can solve Nigerians problems not someone the west is happy with, we don’t care what the west thinks and quite frankly if you are worried what the west thinks…there just something wrong with you and you need to get your priorities right!!!’

In conclusion, I know all Tinubu’s flaws but I will vote for him 1) because there is no credible alternative 2) if anything, some of the alternatives are so bad (Obi) that whereas I may have stayed at home, i will vote Tinubu just to do my bit to keep him out. I hope you understand the importance of this second point..I will spell it out again…i am voting Tinubu to keep out Obi as opposed to voting for Tinubu.

I say this again, let this stick in your brains…Tinubu is so dodgy and he is still the front runner…..let that digest in your heads!!! You are doing something wrong and what you are doing wrong is providing alternatives that are unmarketable.

If you cannot sell water in the desert, the problem is you!!! You can attack the heat all you like, you can curse the land and the people all you like, bu the failure to sell water in the desert is a reflection on you not the desert or the people of the desert!!!!

If your current state of mind, is what you call a right mind, then no one deserves to be in his/her right mind.
But be it as it may, I am equally glad you mentioned right mind, because people actually care about this country, but your right mind won't let you see it.

So your right mind concluded that an old man, who is probably sick, who can't deliver a speech for 2 mins without throwing out some comic gibberish is right for President??

So if Nigeria as a country with a 216m population was asked to send a representative, to represent and stand shoulder to shoulder among world leaders, your right mind will send Tinubu?? A man who finds it difficult to speak to his citizens, how then will you trust him to negotiate the interest of the country among the world leaders or even fellow African leaders??

With his record in Lagos?? Well... Sir Alex Ferguson with his record in ManUtd would've coached any team in the world if he chose to, but rather he decided to retire home to his family, a path your Tinubu would've considered, instead of putting out this generational disgrace, called a campaign, you can't cheat nature, he is old, he should rest.

You want his crime over a decade ago to be overlooked yet Nigeria as a country still eats from Abacha's loot over a decade ago right?? Ooo your right mind didn't tell you that?? When it's money, ooh look more in the past, there is more, but when it's a crime, ooo there is no need to look to the past... Hahaha, u wan go heaven but you no wan die.

Life has a way of checking and balancing itself, (some say it's Karen)which is why your parents trained you to be of good behavior, so a bad reputation won't follow you to your old age. In every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, hope your right mind knows this.

I see you called God and you mentioned the Bible, the same Bible that teaches you to be of good behavior, which promises bad news for evil deeds... Hmmm
Is just too bad that this is reality, there is no blood of Jesus to wash away Tinubu's sins, a man whose background and source of wealth remainins a mystery, the world will drag us to the mud for his sins and we can't let that happen. Your right mind should have told you that by now. In a sane society, he shouldn't be contesting, there are other young bright minds within the party, or are they all not reasonable?? What does your right mind say?
My right mind says let him without sin cast the first stone.
It's not a crime to be old an one day you'll be too...many world leaders of today are old and above 70, now the job of a president is not a bricklayer job yet tinubu is fit more than many youth today, or how can you explain someone present at ebonyi on Thursday, ystd at Delta and today back in Lagos for a grand rally....Oops my right mind tells me he's fit enough to replicate some of the wonders he did in Lagos.
In your right mind again, kindly tell me which of the present presidential candidate does not have any atom of crime hanging around his neck
Lastly in your right mind sir, please sincerely tell me your preferred candidate and your state I want to check something

Does Buhari know anything or has any national interest of the country at heart? It's a capital NO. He is just a bigot and hypocrite laundered and promoted as a man of integrity for gullible Nigerians to vote for. He is simply repaying the man who made his ascendancy to power possible. In as that is concerned, he considers himself honourable enough, at least he wants to keep to the promise made to his crony.

What the writer is saying is that the president of a country has a responsibility to promote and champion electoral process capable of weeding out people with questionable character even before proper election begins. Do you think there shouldn't be process in place that scrutinize people pasts prior to their vying for elective offices? The electorates shouldn't be left with difficult choices!!!

When I read comment like this, my heart shudders. The problem is not the candidates, but the people who occupy the country. The problem is that the country is full of people with questionable characters and where the bulk of the people are corrupt, the odd is that the candidates coming out will bear resemblance to the majority of the people who are corrupt. Democracy produces leaders whose value represents the value of the majority of the electorate. The problem includes you, yes you.

Again you attack but you fail to sell your candidate and that is why you will lose!!!! You still don’t get it do you?

Why is it so hard to sell your candidate? Could it be there is nothing g to sell beyond sentiment and a desire to kick out the APC?

Look at you!! You blame everybody but you fail to see your error and when we tell you you continue the abuse? Tinubu has no business being the front runner in this race. So why is he? Because the opposition is not credible, not sellable and unelectable. So bad there are people like me who are not voting Tinubu not to support Tinubu but to prevent an Obi presidency. I have said it many times. If obi wasn’t in the race, I would sit in my house. If Atiku wins, there will be looting but some things will get done. Obi is a disaster waiting to happen!!!’

Your problem is not Tinubu!!!’ I say it again, you are wasting your energies pointing out his negatives….we know!!

Did I sound to you like I want to sell any candidate? No! I only pointed out the problem with Nigeria using your mindset as a yardstick. Democracy is the rule of the major and predominant value system and when corruption is dominant and well supported, it is extremely difficult, if not almost impossible to get a clean and honest alternative. If you say Tinubu is best alternative, it shows the nature of people who occupy the geographical space called Nigeria and that includes you and me.

How can someone in his right mind say Ashiwaju is not worthy of becoming president with his record in Lagos state or because a crime over many decades ago which he's not even convicted for,
70% of present Nigeria youth would do worse if given the opportunity to make money tru laundering overseas yet tinubu is their enemy just for no particular reason expect he's always ahead.

But he did nothing with the money.

If we arrogate so much powers to president, the tendency of him misusing it is high...The writer should direct his query to INEC.

Where the executive flagrantly encroaches into the exclusive of other arms of government, it is apt and right to direct some questions to the President. You and I know how much abuse of other arms of government that have taken place under this regime, irrespective of any narrative to the opposite.
