You buy your own dollars from Aboki/black market yourself...then walk into the bank and deposit it into your domiciliary account... then spend from the Visa card linked to your domiciliary account

Your package just arrived speedaf office Somolu. If the item is for home delivery, the dispatch rider will get in touch with you through phone calls. If it's self pick up, you have to go pick it at their office close to your area.
Nb:
You can use Google map to locate their nearest office.
