Please how do I fix this..

Anytime I switch between app, the app restart itself back, instead of having it on the stage I was before switching..

E.g,
If I'm on browser, then I switch to make use another app, if I switch back to browser, the brosswr automatically gets refreshed thereby I lose whatsoever I'm doing on it that moment..

Note.. Not just browser only, every other app inclusive

I think it's the memory size of your phone. Phones with low RAM don't multitask properly.

Slow LPDDR3 or 4 RAM
Poor or Aggressive RAM management

I've tried using Find MY Device by Google, but I'm not sure it works.

I can't log into my Mi account as well, because I need my phone number for that. Retrieving the number is taking days.

Any suggestions please?

Why didn't you add your mail to your mi account as well?

You should not depend on one method when two options are made available.

Try to reboot from recovery or Fastboot mode

Exactly the same thing that happened to mine last month,
Slept off while using it around 2am plugged into my power bank, only to wake up the next morning switched off.

Once you on it, it'll show the redmi logo and trip off immediately.

When you switch to front camera what happens?

The screen went blurred and blank for anything related to Front Camera. Can't even use face ID anymore as well.
