Seriously? Na wao. Phone that is barely up to a year, I got it in May o. And I don't even overcharge or do constant charging sef.

Hard reset is different from factory reset sha. Hope you're not confusing the two terms.

I did reset from recovery mode after the update. With hard reset do you mean I should reboot in safe mode or what?
Funny enough it doesn't show the Screen on time anymore since after the update.

Just hold on to your power button for 10 to 15secs till your phone switches and vibrates
