Stop using Grey if you don't want to hear stories that touch. For over a month now, they refused to refund the monies of their users. People are still complaining of withheld monies even with their new bank account numbers. Don't fall a victim!

I sent £50 from payoneer to new grey GBp and received from payoneer within 24 hrs on tue-wed.
Know someone that is yet to receive ,from payoneer since tue(updated, the person received fund today)

Please did Grey really reverse the money sent to the Old GBP account before they start this new GBP account.

Many people didn't receive the money Dan sent to the Old GBP before grey start the new account even including me and they are claiming they have sent it back to Dan because the transaction failed and Dan said the money is not with them yet.

They'd been confusing people with one useless link as proof of payment reversal, but they haven't initiated the funds back to it initial place. Don't know why they are withholding funds

Omo I just experience a card payment issue with one of my domain on Dan,I imported a lead and the buyer was going to make payment but the card issuer alert them that the transaction is fraudulent.

You are referring to your money sent by Dan to your old Gbp account right because that's my own case because the new gbp account is working well.

Mine was from payoneer. Two people complained there of not receiving the funds and pending funds sent to the new account. There are others. Grey will declare another upgrade soon and more money will hang again. Anyway just thought to send out this warning because I'm among the many who haven't seen their money. Trust has been broken. I can't use them again. Even Union Bank didn't take this long to revert my money when they had glitches. Oh, well. Good luck.
