I find it hard to focus and get things done. I have a lot of things I planned to achieve but I find it difficult to be focused. I get distracted easily, especially on social media though I am of the opinion that if you aren't making money on social media, you shouldn't spend hours scrolling endlessly. I can go days with minimal social media interactions and I have tried to discipline myself by deleting some social media platforms on my phone. After a while, I go back to some of them when I feel bored.

I have some resources that can help me upskill and learn new skills but I know that I am not maximizing them. Before you think they are free, I paid for some of the resources. I start a course and stop halfway, start another and it goes on like that. I don't feel happy with myself as I know that I can do much more than I am doing now.

I have realized and come to the conclusion that it's difficult to achieve success without discipline. How can I stay focused and motivated so I can achieve my goals? You can also share some of your experiences of how you were able to overcome distractions.

Ur thread is yet to make any sense. What goal(s) are u trying to achieve? Is to get married?(una own no pass like that). Do u have any job doing? Abi na u distract men for suicide media thinking say na men dey distract u?

and those disorders are really dealing with most of us in this country regardless of how rich or poor you are..

maybe we don't have facilities to help with individuals facing em or no proper awareness or people just choose to live in denial
