1. She can use her maiden name,your marriage certificate and other documents will be the proof of your relationship

2. She will need to havea court order declaring her the sole custody before she can apply for her child dependant

I got redirected to the TLScontact website from UKVI website after completing my visa application

It then brought out Abuja, Ikeja and Victoria Island and I unknowingly chose VI

It then showed £55 in my cart and further research made me understand that I have to pay £55 to use the VI center

Please how can I switch to Ikeja without canceling my application

It's either an Unmarried Partner( living together for minimum 2years with evidence to show and verify) or Spouse (married).

Your dependant can be your spouse(married) or unmarried partner(as explained above)

Fiancé is not a legal status
