They are fintech companies just like Kuda, Chipper cash, Eversend etc.. They are set up for quick and efficient online foreign exchange transactions.

To have account with any of the listed fintechs, just download their apps from playstore or App store.

Choose personal account, submit the necessary documents and get your account verified. (They mostly request International passport or Driver's License as a means of identification). Once your account is verified, you will be given your own personal USD, EUR, GBP or any other currencies account numbers of your choice .

With these accounts numbers, you can receive payment from friends and families anywhere in the world.

Wise is more recommended because they have over 30 currencies that you can receive but others like Geegpay, Payoneer have just three currencies that you can receive USD, EUR, GBP. Payday has only one Currency (USD)

You can move your fund from those platforms to your Dom account or sell the fund to an exchanger or request for their virtual USD card and use it online.

Irrespective of what you use, the biggest drawback is that everybody is chasing the most important thing after life known as money in an unregulated environment. So we are bound to see the best, the worst and the ugliest coming to the battlefront to fight for money. It rarely ever ends well. Good Corporate Governance should not depend on company size.

The rise of fractional CFO and other executive services makes this affordable for a broader range of companies.

3️⃣ What kind of regulations should be in place to prevent millions of dollars being raised with no oversight?

Public companies face a bunch of regulations, but companies on their way there, not so much.

Yet, over-regulating could slow down the growth of certain companies.

4️⃣ How would things be different if Sam Bankman-Fried was Black?

I doubt he would have "benefited" from such a prolongued lack of scrutiny and due diligence.

Someone would have caught him a long time ago...

True but 2 times I watched my wallet drained with trust wallet... nobody saw my info, so I am 100%. It has never happened with Metamask. I use Nova, Ledger, and anything but do not trust wallet.

Nobody deserves to hold any crypto for 5 years. Although when the bulls come back the power of 00X will make people start shouting it again. I don't think we should hold for that long except we bought it at an extremely low price that won't happen again.

This is not true. He came in as a shiller for his group, was tackled, proved himself and became appreciated but he did not know so he wanted more. This is not anyones doing, he started pushing it and then all by himself kicked himself out. The guy TAed himself off the thread. Even I was hurt by that .

I doubt if this is a competition ground for anyone of us at all. Even I have a job and this is the place I come to play and spend time with home (nostalgia and all).
