My car engine is making a rattling/ sparking noise like ke ke ke ke when accelerating sometimes when climbing a hill or when you suddenly press the acceleration to increase speed .

I have changed the plugs, what can be the issue. I use a C300 MB 2010

If it is on acceleration, try remove the airflow meter cable from its socket and test around. Had the same issue. Found out the airflow meter was bad and causing a lean mixture. So the engine gets little power on acceleration and when on heavy load. Some times you might notice your gear jumping and finding it difficult to change gear. The culprit most times is the airflow meter..

Guys, this is the 4th time I'm about to change this ac switch for mercedes c300. It costs 25k to change and this will make it 100k now of buying switch. I'm tired, is there away I can bypass this or is there anyone who can help me repair these other ones please? Any person good in working panels can detect the fault.
