This term has bothered me alot lately, my course mate recently said i was a control freak bcs of my various characteristics like always wanting things be done right, some even say i low key have an OCD.
I on the other hand don't see my self that way, i just think there's always going to be someone who will be termed the " bad guy" for trying to put things in place. And this has caused alot of trouble with all the roommates I've ever had. They all made me look like im the problem and now I've started believing that I'm problematic, and not a nice person too.
This has really put me in a tight corner, i dont really express myself lately , and i dont like participating in a group activity bcs anything that goes wrong the blame would be on me.
I just need advice on how to tackle this situation.

lower your standards a little bit...see others as imperfect just as you are imperfect as well. .. correct people without using a bossy tone eg tell the person " hey Jane,why don't we do it this way,what do you think Jane?"..have conversations in this manner..." in my opinion,I think going to the beach will be more fun,what do you think guys?"..once you can establish this mannerisms in the way you relate with your peers..you find people getting closer to you and the bossy or control freak part of you begins to die gradually...he will even find more peace with yourself and around others...

You should try to be more tolerant of people although it isnt always easy.
