Nairalander248:and you can not condem those animals that posted his obituary just because he owed them some change. I believe you are one the fool that Chinese and Indian are using to disrespect your country men. The same thing they cannot try in their country is what they are doing to Nigerians because of fools like you. |

| Re: Is This How Brutal These People Are (PHOTO) by remsonik(f): 3:47pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
You are a thief, well the heart of man is desperately wicked. Why borrow when you know you can't pay within your due date. Why not live within your means? Why would you allow a loan shark who you know is bad defame you. They didn't force you to pay, alot has borrowed money from me and not pay, some bought goods which they promise to pay later and they won't. If you know them as illegal loan apps why not borrow from your bank, shebi you know they have no access to your bvn that's why you borrowed their money with evil at the back of your minds to defraud them. Later you will say the govt, nation, leaders are fraudulent but you yourself are you not fraudsters. Two wrongs cannot make a right! Walk in the right ways and do good |

I'll release a PDF on how you can collect 500k from loan apps without revealing your identity. |

It is because Nigerians do not pay back loans on time, hence the disgrace methods. If Nigerians were paying loans on time, and IF we had a better records system, and a better address system in this nation, we won't need to resort to this (a similar company in say the UK would just track you via your address records/postcode) The problem is, if we don't pay back loans on time, these companies won';t have money to pay new customers, and we would once again be at the mercy of criminal agents and so forth if they fold up. Let's not take loans we have no intention of paying back or we cannot pay back. Better to starve for some days (like I did once! ) than to take on a burden that is too much.Having said that, this is something that, speaking as a christian, CAN should look into. For muslims, even NSCIA. If the church and mosque could set up a loan company that their faithful and even non faithful could take a loan of say N10000 and pay it back in N1000 instalments over ten months, without interest, maybe we may get somewhere. Every church could contribute ten percent of offerings every sunday to the loan company...which could work in the form of an app. |

Do Nigerians know that, these people can be sued to court? This act is simply defamation of Character. It is punishable by law. If one of these people can get a good lawyer, they can sue the company for defamation...going into millions. But then, this is Nigeria!!! |

generalwo:Ole ni e! Chop their money clean mouth but your stomach will burst and if you borrow it to defraud them same way you will live with people defrauding you all the days of your life. All through the days of your life you will always live in pain, shame and disgrace |

udemzyudex:Credit card would never work in nigeria. Never. We are a financially irresponsible people. While I deplore the tactics and modus operandi of these loan apps I also ask WTF made people borrow on a ridiculous agreement then start quoting illegal when it's to to pay. I can assure you that most of them wouldn't have paid back even it was the exact amount borrowed to be returned. |
| Re: Is This How Brutal These People Are (PHOTO) by Spiff20(m): 3:53pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
You people should stop borrowing money from these loan apps, live within your means, ask friends and families for help, or borrow with any of your property as collateral to money lenders but you won't hear. Serves y'all right. |

Falsely accusing someone of being infected with HIV because of 8k loan? Ahn! Ahn! That's going too far. Too too far. I use Aella often, but those others like Sokoloan and their various other companies, I can never use them. They keep calling me asking me to take loan, but I just tell them, no, not interested. This is really too far. |

/ Two can play the game. Nigerians love to borrow and refuse to pay back. Loan companies love to lend and refuse to let go. What percentage of loans can they collect without "extreme" high-handedness? / |

| Re: Is This How Brutal These People Are (PHOTO) by Nobody: 3:57pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
BluntTheApostle:I don't like loan apps myself, but the painful thing is that if we run them out of business, the alternatives are not any better and in some instances worse. Most banks don't give short term loans. Too risky. Maybe the cooperative unions..but those exist for some employed. Apart from firends and family, who else? It will always be criminals At the end, we have no choice. The best one can offer is financial education and living within your means. But that is easy to say...when you dont''t have unexpected expenses come up. |
| Re: Is This How Brutal These People Are (PHOTO) by Nobody: 3:57pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
The obituary part is quite stupid by the loan company. If these debtors are dead acording to the loan company that means their money died with the debtor also. A dead debtor cannot pay back their debt Besides, this is defamations and it is against the law, then again, Naigeria is a lawless zoo. Can they lend me 2 million Naira? I wouldn't mind the obituary advert. |
| Re: Is This How Brutal These People Are (PHOTO) by lhurd: 3:57pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
I no fit laugh. Send an email to fccpc NITDA and servicom, ensure you copy the loan app. Forward this to them as well and report to @NPF. NO forget to include all the messages they sent to you. And lastly avoid loan apps come 2023. |

mployer:No one needs their services. It may seem like you do, but it is a trap. And I am not a defaulter. I am just doing social work. I am protecting my people from wicked and exploitative opportunists who take advantage of people's desperation to keep body and soul together. As long as people continue to repay, these criminal idiots will have money to give to others. That is not our plan. Our plan is to rid the country of them. We need to make them suffer huge losses, so they can pack up and leave. Nigerians were managing before these demons came. Now, many are struggling in a web of debt that they may not be able to get out of for years. I will not rest until the last one of them goes into oblivion. |

Nairalander248:They're not registered with CBN, the BVN is only for their own records. They can't place any tag on you outside them or their clique |
| Re: Is This How Brutal These People Are (PHOTO) by Nobody: 3:59pm On Dec 31, 2022 |
Nairalander248:Not true. The loans are illegal and the companies are even unregistered so there’s nothing they can do with BVNs. This loan will not even show on any database at all. |
