Pick it up and check if it has an identity, if it does then you try contact the person to return it, if it doesn't then you can place a lost and found post on your social media handles without stating the content found in it, if no response yet, then take it to the police station, remove the money and keep it in your bank account and don't spend it, in case any person comes for the wallet let the police notify that you have an advise for the person, that way you return the money back to the person.

Another option is to give the money to motherless and fatherless children with receipt of the giving, it is better than giving it to the police or dashing it to the bank

Stop asking stupid questions as if Christians are dense upstairs, you're just exposing the fact you come from a dysfunctional society. A Christian is supposed to always do the right thing which in this case is either take to the police station or leave it there with the hope the owner will come looking for it, you can even wait around but you can never take it because it's not yours. That's stealing
