Pls advise us on this challenge.

MA is my wife and we are about to apply for visa. We both went for TB test at IOM today. I was cleared of the test but my was wasn't because she had surgery at a tender age of pneumonia.

Doc said she has to do sputum test for 3 days and the result won't be out until 10 weeks! and deadline for sch resumption is February 20th.

I told the doc that if she has TB, will I not have been infected with our children for the 9 years we have been dwelling together. She said that's the clinic rules.

Pls advice!!!

Kindly help to understand how this works in the UK:
My wife and me will be going to Machester come September via Tier 4 visa. I am the main applicant and my wife will be the dependant.
If my wife(as a dependant) secures a job that can offer her tier 2 visa while i am still a student, does it automatically secures me now as her dependant to remain in the UK under her tier 2 visa? Please how does this aspect work according to the UK rules? Please help out.

You will have to apply to switch from Student visa (T4) to Dependant Skilled worker(T2).

If it is approved then you become her dependant

You will need to confirm from Rwanda air on this, my advise is to travel on the day your visa validity starts.

Immigration officers at the airport in Nigeria is also another issue

Did you fill your visa application yourself?

If you did,you would have gotten an email that contains a link to log back into your application

Go back to that link and follow as I previously responded,there is no other way to track it
