Where is the children's real Father? The man probably abandoned the two children for the woman. And she transferred her wicked aggression to the children. Finances and other responsibilities got her mad. We need to find out about the children's real father and the family and arrest them for neglect..if they were checking on the kids, this wouldn't have happened. The couple wanted the children dead anyways

The concerned neighbours had alerted the police of the consant physical abuse of the minors by their biological mother and her partner.

They should confirm very those children are not theirs, may be they bought them, no real parents will beat their children like this, never
