I filled it for my younger bro..
Without even stress, it requested for the primary immediately i submitted. it requested for the secondary and tertiary .
But where i bleeped up was the measurement of my heights and chest which was not up to requirement i did not read that directive in the first place.
So i increased my brothers height and chest measurement, and his age tallys with their requirements.

Its seem like they did not allow me to submit my cv because i did not give the right requirement from my own understanding.
