Took me all afternoon for me to get it right. Once again I thank the Almighty, my parents, one of my sisters, and chef training class teacher for the cooking skills.
I decided to put a little egusi and some okra in the pot. I used curry powder to colour the special Thailand noodles.

The kind of soup to be drank on a cold winter day. Add cheddar cheese cool

and some more veggies such as broccoli.

Breakfast, was almost done when I felt like taking a shot grin

What's not to love about Avocado, paired with Ijebu garri, sugar and honey roasted groundnut.
This would have been nice with Salt as well. I was caught up in a sweet tooth moment.
Heads up: Avocado is amazing with a sprinkle of salt on it.

Me too. They are tastier. last I checked was $33 for the largest (5 dozen) at Walmart. Something that was only $20 like last month.

I’m going to Trader Joe’s tomorrow to see. I’d rather buy expensive organic things from them than spend it at Walmart.
