I don't even remember the name they called it sef. They used to help me buy it on top amala and I like it. So I just ask them to help me buy the fresh ones make I use am see front for the weekend.

Lunch - beef rib ( 1 rib is enough) and brocc.
I hope to look for super spicy bbq sauce or make mine with authentic northern suya spices. Craving satisfied.

@Descarado: Are you still using your Vitamix a3500? Does it blend really well, especially nuts and seeds? Is it worth the hype overall?

Get any type of vitamix. They are 100% good. You wanna blend nuts and seed, go for coffee maker. Just small coffee maker will do.

If you want to blend corn for pap, soak till its very soft. It can destroy your blender no matter how powerful it is. I noticed albeit too late that corn don't soften when soaked here easily like at home and yep, destroyed my vitamix. A good friend later told me to soak with luke warm water and continue changing for up to one week. Their Customer service repaired it free though. The best for smoothies. Crushes seeds like no other.

Appertizer platter: French fries, ketchup, bacon wrapped plantain, snail in green pepper sauce, crispy onion rings and Blueberry grapefruits milkshake.

Grilled prawns on fried plantain with sauce seated on a rectangular cut fried yam, roast plantain(Bolè), carrot puree, stripped fried yam, roast Sausages, plantain on skewers, shredded grilled rib eye steak all garnished with parsley leaves.
