I saw a video of popular actor Kanayo O Kanayo urging Igbo people especially those outside Igbo land to stay put and vote for Peter Obi. He reminded them that Igbos have the number although Igbos alone cannot elect the president. He told them that since a lot of non Igbos are supporting Peter Obi, his own kinsmen should follow suit in order to give the former Anambra state governor the needed national spread to win the presidential election scheduled for February 25th this year. What do you think about Kanayo's charge? |

Softmirror:I think Kanayo told Igbos not to be intimidated by those who are desperate to become president and who know that most Igbos have made up their minds who to vote for. |
| Re: Was Kanayo O Kanayo Right In Encouraging Igbos Not To Be Intimidated? by FreedomfromtheT(op): 3:57pm On Jan 18, 2023 |
ElSudani:Governor Soludo is entitled to his opinion. I also think that veteran actor Kanayo is equally entitled to his. |

Urchins are wicked vile people, they are servants of satan. If Obi was a renowned thief and alleged drug lord I wont have anything to do with him walhi 2lahi |

He was 100% right...why would I an Akwaibomites be killing myself for Obi to win while his brothers hide in the background? Obi for all and so all including the Igbos must not be intimidated by the noise of those who already ruined this country |

The only major ethnic group in Nigeria that can freely play subtle and open ethnic cards during this coming presidential election, is the Igbo! The political victimization and marginalization directed towards this group has become so glaring, that we have to all a spadee a spade! The igbos have been schemed out of power by the rest of the two major ethnic groups in the country since 1966! All sorts of funny and cunny excuses have been used to perpetuate this infamy! Since 1966!!! It's almost a century! We are now going to choose between a very sound Igbo son and two proven thieves! The country like the Jews want a Bassabas!? Since 1966, the Yoruba and the Hausa/fulani have been producing the presidents as if it's their birthrights! Looting other peoples resources to sustain their medieval political hegemony! The country was formed based on a tripod. For two of the the three major ethnic groups to gang up against one for almost a century, while accusing the one they ganged up against of tribalism, is simply Evil! We have got to a stage where if the rest of the country are afraid of an igbo president, they should simply allow the igbos to form their own republic, since the igbos are not afraid of an Igbo president! |

FreedomfromtheT:The caption of your thread is completely idiotic. An Igbo person cannot be intimidated. The insinuation that kanayo. O. Kanayo encouraged Ndigbo not be intimidated is foolhardy. |

FreedomfromtheT:Is inec chairman the president of Nigeria? Why is that an average igbo like making empty noise or you think Nigeria is Liberia or ivory coast. Better try to learn how to carry your region cross cos no Nigerian will send you |

FreedomfromtheT:The problem I have is him throwing numbers out of the air. No data currently exist that point to any candidate taking a % slice of the electoral vote, but Kanayo said with confidence Obi will get minimum 25%. How, does he plan on fabricating counts for Obi? |
| Re: Was Kanayo O Kanayo Right In Encouraging Igbos Not To Be Intimidated? by FreedomfromtheT(op): 7:41pm On Jan 18, 2023 |
ImperialYoruba:I think Kanayo was telling the Igbos that with their numbers and spread across the country coupled with the allies from other regions, Peter Obi is bound to get the required 25% to emerge the president which is POssible by God's grace. Thank you. |
