He is still playing mostly because of Klopp...His contract expires this summer and Klopp want the board to renew it again...
until they get a younger competition for TAA, he will still be trusted with that role, esp as TAA is still hibernating. I hear MLS talks too.
Klopp sabi better player too. The fact he trust him over the TAA says alot. But that will change if they get a good, young RB.

Ejuke did not even make the bench for a team like Hertha Berlin. Yet some peeps here want him to start in the Super Eagle. That guy plays street football, he needs to learn how to play professionally. Had it been he was able to utilize his skills effectively when he was in Holland there was no way three big teams in there will allow him to leave for CSKA.
Y'all need to throw this attitude of kicking our boys when they're down

Besides, he is injured

Milner is 37 and still playing at the highest level , so also Ashley Young but Thiago is 38, then you have a João Moutinho , and Vardy all 36 but still playing at the highest level.

The key issues is that they are able to still play at the highest level and not just warming the bench in the best league in the world.

So why are most of our African players unable to maintain competitive high quality consistency after hitting 30, ❓❓
It’s simple…age cheat!😎

Once they check the lineup and a player is not listed. They will shout from mountain top about how bad the player is without verification. But when he starts playing week in week out, they will be silent like a lamb. undecided

We actually signed Calvin Ramsay in the summer to back up Trent..But he is injured..
Milner is an utility player..it isn't only Trent he plays back up to..
Lemme add that he is a valuable asset too...But the fact that he is still playing at that age is mostly down to Klopp recommendations...It's likely he join the coaching staff upon retirement

Nothing in the team news report indicating he was injured... Maybe it was a last minute injury before kickoff...

Milner is the ultimate backup player zero complaints high efficiency even for his age

Sure he is playing cos of that injury, but Klopp settling down to recommend him says alot about his ability to deliver at that age. That's my angle. Firmino is there too but isn't even playing.

Southampton might likely sell Aribo when the season ends, the new coach doesn't seem to fancy him and he has also been underwelhming, kind of like how he plays for SE.

Normal. They have 50 points, the next team has 38. They have to go on a long losing run to bottle this one.

But Seria A no show love to Juve sha. Chai😣

With the way Ndidi is going with injuries and the unreliability of his so called back ups, I think we should consider this bullish Crystal Palace young CDM called David Ozoh since he is leaning towards us, and he also hasn't been capped by England at any level.
I had to revisit this, in order to repeat this. We should be moving on from Ndidi. Dude now spends more time being injured than he does being fit. We have to go all out for Lesley Ugochukwu, or we try to blood in David Ozoh and other possible options.

Latest Update: Victor Osimhen and the George Weah Serie A Goals Record

George Weah scored 46 goals in 114 Serie A games (108 starts) all in the colors of AC Milan.

Victor Osimhen is currently on 37 goals in 66 Serie A games (53 starts).... so far.

He only needs 10 more goals to overtake The Great and Super Legendary George Weah. 😎

Apart from Ndidi there's Onyeka, onyedika, bonke, tijani, Yusuf...

SE needs CMs and CAMs and a coach that plays at least 3 midfielders and tells the strikers to drop deep and help the midfield and defense.

We can have 8 midfielders but the coach will end up inviting 2 or 3 midfielders ( iwobi and another DM.
