I think pancakes or waffle will not be filling without added proteins that is why many homes won't make them. To them, it cost too much to make.

Steps pls

Simply get your washed cowleg ( make sure
it's male leg females take forever to cook) into the pot.

Add a little potash ( kanwa which acts as catalyst ), salt, maggi, bay leaves, ginger powder ( or grated fresh ginger), onions, dry pepper and cook on medium heat for about 2 hours or 1 hour if using pressure cooker. Many smart Nigerians now have a little side cooker ( as in coal stove , Assistant gas ) for events
like this. ☺️☺️☺️
