Please, is it advisable to apply for courses on wait-list and what's the duration of getting admission in such a condition.

If she applied for her study permit while inside Canada and stated it in the application. Her permit will be mailed to her address in Canada. But if she applied outside Canada , she will be issued the study permit at the airport whenever she comes to Canada to start her study.
Doesn't she intend to go back to Nigeria after her visit , then come back later when school is about to start?

thank you very much.

just to add: school has already started and she has commenced lectures

The chance is low. The program is full, so they can only add you when someone drops from the program. Moreover, you don’t even know your position on the waitlist. I suggest you apply for another program; you can use the waitlisted program as a backup.

Hello good morning everyone
Please I got my admission late last year, my program is ending May next year and I just noticed my passport is expiring march next year. but my agent said it’s not a problem that I can submit my visa application then go ahead and renew my passport if I want. I am scared that after renewal the passport number might change and when I am asked to submit the passport and the embassy notice that it might be suspicious and I am also scared that the visa might be refused because the passport is about to expire. please I really need advice on what to do

If he didn’t want to give you his bank statement you should’ve suggested the “my bank statement ticket “ to him so he can send it direct to the embassy. There’s no harm in that

Thank you somuch, I will try this🙏😊

Please renew your passport before you apply for your visa. Because they won’t give you a visa more than the expiring date of your passport.

Please is it true the Embassy can see the available balance on the day they view your statement if you use MBS , someone said they will only see the duration you printed but they will still be able to see the available cash on the day the statement is viewed by an officer too , who can confirm how true this is.

Thanks for the prompt reply
but if I renew it won’t affect anything because like I said the passport number is going to change and my documents will carry my old passport number

My class was supposed to start on the 9th JAN. 2023. But due to Visa delay I had to defer my admission and the deferral was denied because, I haven't paid up the 1st semester tuition fee, then I was advised by CONESTOGA COLLEGE to re-apply in the same program, which I did re-apply as advised on the 12th JAN. And they gave me admission on the 14th JAN. Now before I could send the new acceptance letter to IRCC through webform my PPR came out.
Got my PPR on the 17th JAN. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW PLEASE, YOUR ADVICE IS NEEDED

When did you submit visa application

Thanks for your response.
Ok it's for Spring.
Honestly, my head is full. How do I state my situation to them? Really don't want to cause damage to myself. Please, any clue?

Nothing serious about it. Just mention in your write-up that you were already processing your deferment as a result of delay before you had your approval.. Then attach the new LOA. Opari

Most times the complexity of applications determine their processing time. But since your application has passed the official processing time, you should start disturbing them. Have you tried to reach out to them through mail and webform? If you have not, start sending webforms to IRCC, focus more on Nairobi. Make it a daily routine. This format has worked for many people on this platform.

It's the same passport number you will still be used except if you want to modify the date of birth or name on your old passport.
Besides what your agent is telling you is a good one, apply for a visa and apply a passport as well before they'll approve your visa and request your passport new passport will be ready.
If you have a sure link and huge money to do a new passport within 2 weeks I suggest that you should do it ASAP before applying for a visa.
I wish you the best of luck!!!

Hi fam. Please is there anyone who did gift deed or transfer of ownership of a landed property like a house ( from parent to child)? What steps are involved or where can one get the necessary documents ? This is urgent pls. Thanks
Around the high court, there are people who offer services such as printing and photocopying.

Meet them and tell them what you want. They'll prepare the document and link you to a lawyer if you want it signed by one

That waitlist might take forever
Just go for courses that are open to avoid delay

Hello guys. Pls I'm planning to reapply cus I was refused on Nov 2022 based on assest and financial situation. Since then I've been running my personal account until for two months. Inflow 6.8m and outflow 6.5m for Dec alone.

I hope submitting third-party statement of 20m+ with 2months MBS will help?

Have you received your GCMS notes to know the exact details of the refusal? Third party funds/sponsorship is most times a hard sell with IRCC.

1.

1. Nothing like earliest appointment date.

Submission of application is faceless (online). Secure an admission with DLI, submit your application, go for biometric capturing and upfront medical if you wish. Then go spiritual.

2. No definite month. It ranges from 2 weeks - 12 months (maximum I have heard of) depending on your application complexity.

3. No priority
