Congratulations to you and yours

If the lady in question is your fiancé, it’s advisable you do a common law marriage which is acceptable by IRCC, then you can apply for her to visit or even SOWP depends on you.

And Yes, you can travel in and out as long as your visa is valid. NB: I didn’t say Study Permit.

You can also wait for other’s input.

Goodluck.
Thanks I would prefer nothing legally binding though

Wait until 9weeks have elapsed (10th February). You may do an upfront medical test, if you have not done any.

Thanks for the prompt reply
but if I renew it won’t affect anything because like I said the passport number is going to change and my documents will carry my old passport number

I think you should attach the both passport when doing your visa application. And give a little explanation.

If your school require part payment of tuition that should be your first action. Intact even if they don’t require just pay part of it. It is very important.
After that you can go for an upfront medical and do a police clearance. Also prepare your POF and start writing your SOP to reflect your goals, why you are going to study that particular course, why the school, why canada, your educational background, professional background, sources of funds (please provide proof for all these).

I keep seeing upfront medical. Please what does this mean? I need and explanation on that and did I need to do the medical before I proceed for school fee or i will pay school fee before the upfront medical

Around the high court, there are people who offer services such as printing and photocopying.

Meet them and tell them what you want. They'll prepare the document and link you to a lawyer if you want it signed by one
Thanks so much

sorry for the refusal, it happens sometimes, at least you were not kept waiting for months.
Apply for your CBSA/GCMS notes to see the details for the refusal. You can apply for reconsideration while waiting for the notes.
Go to youtube and watch videos on how to apply you might see something you missed or tips on how to do things differently.

Good luck

The funds isn't satisfactory to the VO , how many years course is it ? 2 years or one year ? the 27m you submitted is 78k CAD for a family of 4 , if the course is a two years course that money isn't enough
