The latest Osun election petition tribunal judgment overturning the result of the governorship election based on the irregularities exposed by BVAS has kept the following thoughts crossing my mind:

1. Who will enforce the use of BVAS in the core north?
If election held in several polling units in Osun state without the use of BVAS and their results stood until this morning, why can't they hold in thousands of polling units across the north with their results also standing

2. Can any tribunal or court overturn the result of a presidential election?
Knowing how charged presidential elections are, will any tribunal or court have the courage to overturn the result of a presidential election due to irregulaities exposed by BVAS like the one in Osun has just done especially if it is against a northerner

I need answers please. This is food for thought.

Here in the north, people go to INEC office to collect PVC for their friends and relatives. It's shocking that personal collection of PVC is only applicable to people of the south. Nigeria can never and will never be great again.

Is northern Nigeria above the law? BVAS is way to go and if there's overvoting as in the case of osun state as alleged, BVAS will reveal it and that's why I like the technology. It gives someone like me some respite and hope that we're getting it right in Nigeria gradually.

Nobody can snatch ballot boxes or set collation centres sblaze anymore with the new technology.

The law is the law and it must be followed.. It's better the north start enlightening there people of the danger of working against bvas.. It will come back to hint them if they think they can work against the law

If there's overvoting, the election results will be cancelled ,.period ! Never again will an inec resident commissioner come late to the national collation center, claiming boko haram blocked the road while some idp camps where people voted were 400km away from the state capital so,.Logistical issued caused their delay in arriving abuja early. Meanwhile, they've been lodged in a 5-star hotel in abuja chilling under the ac and busy manipulating election results of their states after southern results begin tricking in, just to override it and amass votes to their candidates by declaring fake result at the national collation centre. That's why most of them end up declaring confusing figures and inec chairman would ask them to go somewhere and tally their results properly and re-announce it.

Such cock and bull stories won't work anymore with BVAS.
