Since the number of votes in the over-voting areas is more than the number of votes needed for declaring a clear winner. The tribunal should have rule for a rerun, not deducting the votes from Adeleke votes as there was no any forensic verification that all the votes deducted belong to Adeleke.
The justices failed woefully
Which law says that? Anywhere overvoting is proofed and established, court will cancel election there and remove the figure from all candidates.

@ the bolded:

Was excess votes deducted from Adeleke's votes alone, OR the entire votes (comprising all the votes for all parties) in the affected polling units cancelled?

I blame buhari
why blaming Buhari in this issue? Buhari has always given judiciary free hand to operate , he doesn’t interfere in judicial matters.

Obituary and his gang of idiots and nincompoops will cry blood when Emilokan Tinubu the Jagaban Borgu City Boy Extraordinaire is sworn in as President on May 29th. Even Buhari, fake Pastor Judas Osinbajo, Olusegun Obasanjo, and CBN mis-governor Emefiele will join them in crying

You will weep for long. Anybody that does anyhow, will see anyhow. Soldiers who are running from Boko Haram and bandits will use you all for shooting practice. All trouble makers will be shot with AK-47, survivors will be reshoot with AK-49. Imagine a hot bullet at the middle of that flat table that you call head, it's straight to hell fire

Hopefully, the supposed learned persons in Law will not scuttle all the Electoral Reforms and INEC innovations put down by Buhari's administration.
One thing about Nigeria is that when one arm is making ammendments, another arm is scattering the amendments.
