Hey ,I just saw your thread ,I hope I'll be of help to you.

I just treated pile some months back, I had similar symptoms to what you're currently experiencing.

After spending lots of money on drugs prescribed at the various hospitals I visited,my wife called a relative that recommended someone that knows the herbal treatment.

The man gave me two set of plants,I took the freshly ground one in the morning and the other slightly cooked one in the evening for a week.

The effect of the treatment was very outstanding from the very first day, the peppery feeling/pains dissipated completely before the herbs got exhausted.

I tried identifying both plants on Google photo lens all to no avail.

Am a living witness I do have it when ever I take some succry things, let me know your location, if you are in Abuja I can get you one local herbs that I always use and it works. Wherever you are in Nigeria, go and look for cassa alata. Boil it and use the water to make soft EBA. Eat with any kind of soup until it's fully cured.

Or you can look for (neem leaves) dogon yaro boil it and be drinking morning and night until it heals.

Eat lots of fibre foods, fruits, vegetables

Run away from bread and hard foods, snacks etc. Run oh.

Experience taught me these after spending so much in the hospital.

Get Anurex or Germaloid for temporary relief. Stay away from carbohydrates, sugar, milk, alchohol. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. Oats and drink more water. Most importantly look for traditional medication, it's the surest way to get it resolved. But when you are healed you have to be very disciplined and avoid the food I mentioned. I am talking from experience
