That's sad. But are you sure the seller has been active lately and has even been reading your messages? Well, there's a time frame AliExpress automatically places on the site for the seller to ship your item. If the time frame elapses, they'll refund your money. So they say. I've not gotten to that point of having a refund issued automatically. So, I don't even know what advise I'll give you.

Next time, ensure that you chat seller before placing your order. In my own case, I could chat up to 3 sellers at the same time asking about their ability to ship to my country, and the one that gives prompt reply (within a day or 2) usually gets my patronage.... It doesn't matter how many times you message some sellers, they won't just show up online. Av always wondered why they exist on Aliexpress.

It has been picked up from Lagos Airport. The package will still head to lagos distribution centre b4 being shipped to your location.

I took a very long break from AliExpress and I'm only just returning... So I tried to ask a seller for their WhatsApp contact and I got an automated message saying such message was prohibited and may account could be restricted for asking for their WhatsApp contact...

From experience, such order is automatically canceled out at the expiration of the number of days given to seller for order dispatch. But If you can't wait for that, you can contact Aliexpress support and lodge your complaints. Am very sure they'll do something about it.

Virtually all banks have stopped their naira debit card from working on Aliexpress. The only available option now is to get dollar card.

Looks like it's being shipped via speedaf. But I can't tell if you'll be going there to pick it up yourself or if it'll be delivered at your doorstep. But if there's an 'E' or an 'ES' at the end of your tracking number, then you'll have to pick it up at speedaf office. If it's an 'R', that's a doorstep delivery

But your tracking information has not been updated yet? Hope you're aware?

It's still working. Used it on the 18th of last month and it worked perfectly well. I think sometimes there's a glitch with this chipper cash's card. The first time I tried it, it was declined on AliExpress. That was in December last year.

Oh. Actually, the product was shipped the very day I placed an order and I've been tracking it both on AliExpress site and speedaf. I doubt it has been automatically cancelled.

ȞÏ ˚◡˚ guys.. Please help me. I have a couple of issues.
Firstly, I'm yet to get the refund I got on my UBA cards even after the refund has been completely processed by AliExpress since 20th January.. This is quite different from my GTB experience. I normally receive refunds on my GTB on or before the processing is completed on AliExpress. All efforts to resolve this issue with UBA cc via calls and emails proves abortive.. I'm really confused.
Please if there's anyone that has gotten refund on UBA MasterCard, I'd appreciate if you can put me through because it's over 10 days since transaction was processed and I'm yet to see the money.

Secondly, one of my speedaf order has been stuck in custom clearance since 6th January.. orders I placed the same time with this have been successfully received long ago but this particular order has been stuck in custom clearance. I tried to talk to speedaf agent but they were like so long as it's still with custom, that they have no power over it. I'm confused and I don't know how to go about it.
