Igbo people campaigned against Fashola, Ambode and Sanwo Olu despite each governor outstanding performance. They were all desperate to vote PDP in Lagos. Who does not know that their issue with Tinubu is the sentiment against a south west based political party. Easterners have never aligned with the west in politics. They prefer to follow the north even when they have no vested interest. Zik did it to Awo, They all rejected MKO in 1993 but chose the Fulani man Tofa. In 1999, Falae of AD was the candidate in the west, rather the Igbo chose the northern imposition of Obasanjo in PDP. This is the basis of their hatred for Tinubu.
