The courts have no jurisdiction to entertain this matter. The CBN Acts clearly defined the powers of the President and the CBN as the only authorities responsible for currency regulations. These get-together parties are being used by political actors who have stacked so much of the old currency and want to manipulate the 2023 elections with their money

See this one. How much do you have that will make this policy affect you? If you have any idea of how much these politicians stacked in the old currency, you won't be saying this nonsense. Yes the Governors have the new currency but they don't have the amount they need. If they had enough they won't be complaining. The other day, El Rufai was complaining that CBN had a deposit of 2 trillion Naira in the old currency and printed only 300 billion Naira of the new one.
