Its because of the type of house, and the height of the foundation. This land is so much sloped that we needed to do a proper foundation.

Please spyder, I am sorry to bother you again. I finished my decking work and left it for over 21 days and wants my carpenter to lose it and then use it for the next decking. It's a unit of 2 bedroom flat. He is asking me to pay him 60,000 naira to lose the decking which I said is much. I proposed to pay 25,000. Please, what is the average cost for this work?
