Hi Everyone,

I tried logging in to my InvestNow (UCAP) account on my laptop (not the app) and realized the InvestNow homepage has changed. The main concern is that I am unable to log in. It says my account does not exist and when I attempted a password reset, it says my email did not exist. Anyone in a similar situation?

Thanks!

They redesigned their portal. Your login details is not suppose to change though.

Many thanks for always being responsive, oga Emma. I have chatted them up but they seem to be as confused as I am. They, however, asked for some time to figure it out.

Same here, though I didn't log in. I was actually afraid the site was perhaps compromised shocked

Stanbic especially usually reinvest/pay intrest anytime they feel (depends on factors best known to them) sometimes they do after two weeks, sometimes 3,4,6 anytime but certainly within a quarter

Thank you so much. Realized the money was paid into my other Stanbic bank account while I was searching in the wrong account, your comment was helpful.

freeman67:

First of all do you still remember the exact bank account you gave while opening the account?

If yes, request for the statement of that account from last two weeks of September to the end of October and carefully peruse through. If that is done and you still didn't see it, then check your other accounts too just to clear your own side.

If that is done and you still didn't see it then, request for the account they claimed to pay and send them the account statement as your evidence. They may have made mistake and paid the money to a wrong account number. If so, the headache is theirs to carry not yours.

This has been sorted thanks so Much. I noticed it was a mistake on my part.

Boyhood:

And you are sure it was not reinvested (joined to your principal funds)? Please check your investment/redemption history within the time frame in question and confirm it wasn't reinvested. I think it's ok you reconfirm the Acct details (for redemption) attached to your mmf

Pls I’m having issues with my axa investment account . I opened the account on 01/02/2023 , I made deposit the same day. I got an email confirming my payment but the fund is yet to reflect on my dashboard, this is the 6th days already. I’ve sent emails, called their customer support service, they acknowledge the fund but my available balance is still zero. Has anyone experienced this or experiencing this presently? I will appreciate any assistance that can be offer. Thanks

I wish to know what the relationship between Gtco and investment one.

Seems investment one is back. So, are they taking back what GTCO took from them before? Or are they separate entities?

Anyone with idea on how these two now operate.

Investment one never left. They have always been in business and still very much around to do business.

The only difference between the current investment one and the one prior January last year is that the fund managing part of the business has been sold to GTCO.
Ie Abacus, VGIF, VBF, and VDF.
Investment one still do stockbroking, fixed income, tbills etc.

Currently, there is really no relationship per se except the usual business transactions between corporate bodies.

Expect money market rates to follow soon.

Now may be a good time to diversify into a fixed income fund

This is the time people start running around to look for other investments, thereby being susceptible to scams.

What does this really mean for a Stanbic MMF holder?. Is it that interest will be accrued on an investor's balance on a daily basis?.
