I've said it many times...paying and receiving tithes on Christianity is a scam,even a sin.most christians because of thier thwarted beliefs would rather not read the bible but depend on what thier pastor tells them.

I am simply telling you that this man can sue for refunds and win the case. Added to the evidence in his hands, all he has to do is claim it was a case of psychological coercion, then throw in a good lawyer to argue his case. And I can assure you, a decent judge will award him damages.

I don't do tithe cause I know what the Gospel of Christ said about giving, it's willingly and not by force or coercion. But if you give and you feel cheated after go to court.

His problem is not the tithe or giving. He is having a fundamental problem with his faith, which he says he is no longer practicing. In fact, he has renounced Christ and no longer wants anything to do with heaven. What you see there is a broken man who has gone through some horrid time. In such situations I feel some brethren should be sent to him to find out the real cause of his backsliding.
