PrincessofDSS:The policy is ill timed.. Emefile only acted in bad faith because he lost APC presidential ticket.I have never seen a partisan CBN governor like this man .. Now that court has stopped the implementation of the deadline temporarily, if APC as it is alleged have stockpiles of money somewhere, it means they will win the election because everybody now wants cash because CBN has made the cash to be very scare..
