The breasts will change in size as you gain or lose weigh

Check your diet... maybe you hav started eating or drinking something new lately...

Try and exercise to reduce the increase

It could be that you are pregnant or having excess sex of late where your boobs is being pressed or sucked by your partner or partners....
Which otherway you should seek medical advice first to diagnose for other causes not stated here.

I know that before periods Breasts then to get bigger and for sore swollen but will return to normal size after.

I like my breast small my gf that has big boobs is always wishing she has my kind bc according to her it's giving her backache, sometimes she complains that her chest is paining her most times she say she can't breath and can sleep with her belly facing the floor comfortably.
