Any policy that does not take into effect the strain on the masses is a dumb policy! Even the mighty America did not discard old notes once the new ones came out, they gradually replaced them over years and up till now, you can still take old notes to the banks and they'll collect it.....Are you saying Nigeria is wiser then them?

Furthermore, replacing old notes with new notes to curb inflation while continuing to borrow money, big government and wasteful spending is comical .
